Virtual tours supported: all virtual tours hosted in Tour Hosting site, including Online type and TW tours can be posted to listings in REALTOR.com. A linking fee is charged by PicturePath™ on a pay-per-use basis.

Cost: Linking tour to a Showcase Listing is free / linking a tour to a Non-Showcase listing costs one REALTOR.com Posting License. Please order REALTOR.com Posting License ($25 per license) before posting the tour link.

Steps of posting a tour: We only upload virtual tours that are hosted in Tour Hosting system. Create a virtual tour online in Tour Hosting platform, or upload a virtual tour created with Tourweaver, and then publish it. Then you can go to published tour list in Tour History and click the Posting to Realtor.com button besides the tour ID.
 

Note: When uploading virtual tour link to Realtor.com, make sure the MLS information is correct and pay attention to the Showcase status of the listing. Also, keep your subscription of Tour Hosting service active, otherwise the virtual tours will become unaccessible after your account expires.
